Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DebaterX platform operated by Draxelx LLC. By using DebaterX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

DebaterX is an AI-powered platform that generates debate-style video content between brand mascots and characters. The service uses artificial intelligence to create debate video content.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use DebaterX. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of video generation credits per billing cycle.
  • Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Extra credits can be purchased as one-time add-ons on any paid plan.
  • If a video generation fails, your credit is automatically refunded.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
  • Impersonate brands or individuals in a way intended to deceive
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or generate content at scale without an enterprise agreement

5. Content Ownership

  • Your inputs: You retain ownership of brand images and descriptions you upload.
  • Generated content: You receive a license to use AI-generated videos and content for commercial and personal purposes.
  • Brand trademarks: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any brand names, logos, or trademarks you upload. DebaterX does not grant trademark rights.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content is generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated characters and dialogue are fictional and do not represent the views of any real brand or individual.

7. Limitation of Liability

DebaterX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Draxelx LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
